Welcome to our lab. We are a computational biology group jointly based in the Departments of Pathology and Genetics at the University of Cambridge. Our research lies at the intersection of biology, computer science, and mathematics. We develop mathematical methods and artificial intelligence software to explore how genome replication and repair can be targeted with therapeutic agents across a range of parasites and cancers.
